If you or a loved one have been involved in a wreck with a truck or some commercially operated vehicle it is just critical that the evidence be secured as soon as possible. This can be done with the help of an attorney getting Court orders or various other types of legal measures to make sure the evidence is not squandered.  There are special regulations that effects trucks and that effects the drivers and the companies who operate them that refer to log books, maintenance, routing and many other aspects that have nothing to do with private vehicles.  Those things can be lost quickly if they are not secured as soon as possible after a wreck.
